The website and publications
Our Knowledge Centre and publications are provided for general guidance and education. They are not a substitute for professional health and safety advice, and following our content does not guarantee compliance with any specific regulation on any specific site. Where content touches on legal requirements, we say so and point you to the HSE or a qualified advisor for anything beyond general awareness.
Products and purchases
Our editable document packs are sold as digital downloads via Payhip, our payment and delivery partner. When you buy a pack:
- You receive a personal licence to use and edit the document for your own business
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files with other businesses
- Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout
- Delivery is instant download — there's no physical shipment
Because our templates are a starting point, you're responsible for reviewing and adapting them to accurately reflect your own work, site and hazards before use.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including publications, the Knowledge Centre, and the "WellServe Ready™" name — is owned by WellServe Digital Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read, download, and use our free content personally, but not republish or resell it.

Limitation of liability
