Digital products and your right to cancel
Our packs are digital downloads delivered instantly via Payhip. Under UK consumer law, the standard 14-day cancellation right for online purchases is typically waived for digital content once download begins, provided you've acknowledged this at checkout — which is the standard Payhip checkout process. In practice, this means once you've downloaded a pack, we're not obliged to offer a refund simply because you've changed your mind.
When we will offer a refund
We'll always refund or replace a pack where:
- The file is corrupted, faulty, or won't open
- You received the wrong pack due to an error on our end
- A technical issue with checkout resulted in a duplicate charge
If a pack genuinely isn't right for your trade or situation, email us before requesting a refund — we'd rather point you to the correct pack or fix the issue than lose you as a customer over an honest mismatch.
How to request a refund
Email hello@wellserve.co.uk with your order reference (from your Payhip confirmation email) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two working days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Payhip, and typically appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card provider.
Bundles and future subscriptions
If we introduce bundle or subscription products in future, this policy will be updated to cover them specifically — check the issue number and review date above.
