Once we've had your payment and the job details, the 48 hours (Monday to Friday) start. If anything's unclear, we'll ask rather than guess.
Your RAMS (or your corrected RAMS) comes back by email from hello@wellserve.co.uk.
You get a PDF ready to send and the editable Word file. Read it through before you sign — you know the job and the site better than anyone, and the RAMS has to match what actually happens on the day.
The more of this you can give us, the more the RAMS reads like your job rather than a template. Don't worry if you haven't got all of it — we'll ask.
